This Legal Notice identifies the operator of hostmizer.com and the Hostmizer® services under Belgian law, including the information obligations in Books III and XII of the Code of Economic Law.

3. Professional regulation

Hostmizer provides software-enabled digital co-hosting services for rental-property owners. Hostmizer BV is not registered with the Belgian Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents (IPI/BIV) and does not act as a real-estate agent, broker or property manager in the regulated sense. It does not sell or let property on its own account.

4. Website and technical providers

The Site is built and operated using Lovable Cloud, with Cloudflare infrastructure. Guesty supports property and reservation operations, and HubSpot supports customer relationships and meeting scheduling. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including names, logos, text, graphics, interface and layout, belongs to Hostmizer BV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute or use it without permission. Hosts retain ownership of content they supply, subject to the licence described in our Terms of Service.

The Hostmizer and Stay Hostmizer names and logos are used as unregistered brand identifiers of Hostmizer BV. They are not currently registered trademarks; unauthorised use that creates confusion with Hostmizer remains prohibited under applicable law.

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current. Revenue estimates, comparisons and illustrative figures are not promises of a particular result or professional legal, tax or investment advice. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies. Nothing in this notice excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
